Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor construction and civil works at project sites.
- Ensure construction work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor quality, materials, measurements and workmanship.
- Prepare site reports, progress reports and necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction requirements.
- Assist in estimating, quantity surveying and project planning when required.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Relevant experience in real estate/construction projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and site supervision.
- Ability to read and understand structural/architectural drawings.
- Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.
- Freshers with strong academic backgrounds may also apply.
